All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. By completing a booking, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At White Knight Solutions Group, we strive to accommodate schedule changes while maintaining operational efficiency. The following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations by the Customer

  • Individual and Family Training Sessions:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.

  • Small Business or Non-Profit Training Sessions:

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled training will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

    • Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the training will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Cancellations by White Knight Solutions Group

If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to:

  • Reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by White Knight Solutions Group and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
